Located near downtown Sunnyvale, California we offer private sessions, as well as semi-private classes.
I have worked with several Pilates teachers over the last 17 years and Allison more than holds her own with the best of them. She personalizes each session to fit my own needs and carefully sequences the exercises so that each builds on the one before, becoming progressively challenging. Moreover, she is non-judgmental, clear, patient, and creative. Her studio is very clean and filled with an abundance of equipment. No matter your goals, Allison will take the time to listen to you and do her best to help you meet them. I highly recommend her!
