Semi-Private Classes

With up to 4 people I keep sessions intentionally small to ensure each individual receives personalized cues and feedback as necessary.

Due to the personalized nature of class, private sessions with me are recommended prior to joining a class but they are not necessary.

If you have practiced Pilates recently on the apparatus and are familiar with it, you may have the option of joining a mixed level class at my discretion. Reformer Foundation is the class I suggest if it is your first time at the studio. A foundation class is not easy - remember the gift of Pilates is working in to work out.

Grip socks are required during class. I have grip socks available for purchase in-studio.

How Booking Classes Works

If you’d like to secure a regular spot, please complete the new student inquiry on the get started page to discuss availability.

If you frequently travel or have commitments that keep you from regularly attending class, single sessions may be the best option for you.

The calendar opens 7 days in advance for new students and those on a drop in basis. I encourage you to use the waitlist feature in Vagaro if the class time you’d like to book is full.

What to Expect From Class

A semi-private session is a great way to cultivate a regular practice at a deliberate pace. Everyone will get a bit of what they need. That’s the perk of a small group over a large class.
